meet Our Pickens county Shelter of Hope Team

Pickens County Shelter of Hope operates through a dedicated team of live-in volunteer staff who provide support, supervision, and stability for residents around the clock. Because homelessness doesn't follow a schedule, our team serves 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. From daily operations and resident support to transportation, maintenance, security, and meal preparation, each team member plays an important role in helping create a safe and welcoming environment for those we serve.

Our Staff (facility Live-in Team Members)

  • Tracy – CPSS House Manager
Ensures daily facility operations run smoothly by providing structure, support, case management, and guidance for residents. She is also a Certified Peer Support Specialist.

  • Brandi – Assistant House Manager
Assists house manager with daily facility operations, helping residents access essential resources while supporting stability, accountability, and program success.

  • Josh – Maintenance Manager & Security
Oversees facility maintenance, grounds upkeep, and safety operations, helping ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

  • Adam – Transportation Manager & Phone Intake Specialist

Provides overnight supervision and support, helping ensure the safety, security, and well-being of residents during overnight hours.

  • Jonathan – Kitchen Manager

Together, our team works tirelessly to uplift individuals facing hardship, whether through emergency shelter, community support, or pathways to independence. We believe in the power of service, faith, and compassion to transform lives and create lasting change in our community.
